Time to Give Back by HMX
My commencement was last night and in case you weren’t aware of my school, President Obama was our speaker. Listening to his speech, it got me to thinking about how I was going to start building my own ‘body of work’. Having completed this milestone in my career, I realize that it is time for me to start giving back, when and where I can, no matter how small of insignificant the gift or act might be. And as if to confirm my own thoughts, I heard a segment on NPR about Giving Circles and thought to myself “What a great idea”. (more…)
